The stunning view across Mt. Irvine to Buccoo Reef and the open-space design are just two of the captivating features of this charming 3-bedroom villa. Perched above the Mt. Irvine Golf course at the end of a quiet street, La Hay is a tropical gem.

On the ground floor, the villa has folding doors around the open-plan living, dining and kitchen that lead onto a verandah and look out to the spectacular view. La Hay offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.

On the garden level is the third bedroom, bathroom and television lounge, with doors out to the extensive garden, pool deck, swimming pool and elevated jacuzzi.

The sleeping accommodation consists of a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in each of the guest bedrooms, and a single day bed in the television lounge.
