Description

Newly built and beautifully finished home overlooking Mt. Irvine and Buccoo Reef. Consisting of three bedrooms, three ensuite bathrooms, a handsome hallway and staircase leading down to the living/dining room with a high vaulted open rafter ceiling.

The reception rooms open onto a terrace with roman style columns supporting a large upstairs verandah. Off the dining area is a luxuriously fitted kitchen in pristine white with breakfast area. Above this section of the house are two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and west facing verandahs fitted with small kitchenette facilities.

The property is on three quarters of an acre of sloping land with a magnificent Samaan tree (also known as a Rain Tree) shading the top portion of lawn. Below the house are a wooden deck and benched liming area, a wooden gazebo and a teardrop shaped pool with a "disappearing edge".
