Sea Breeze is a private luxury villa situated by the sea in one of the most stunning locations on the island with outstanding views. It is located on over an acre of lush tropical gardens and offers approximately 4500 square feet of living space.

A dramatic entrance drive is lined with stately palms and curves through more than an acre of colorful tropical shrubs and mature fruit trees. Indeed, one of the great pleasures of staying at Sea Breeze during the summer months is being able to pick fresh mangoes, limes, grapefruit, bananas and avocados.

Built on two levels, Sea Breeze provides a peaceful sense of space. The interiors feature cool tiled floors and clean lined furnishings. The villa offers six air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests.

Recently refurbished, the villa offers an upper and a pool level. Each level offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms and both have private entrances. There are two double rooms and one single room on each floor. All of the bedrooms, with the exception of the single bedroom downstairs, have en-suite bathrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen and comfortable Great Room are located on the upper level. Numerous windowed double French doors lead from eh Great Room to the veranda and to the large patio-heaven for sun worshippers during the day and an ideal spot for dining alfresco.

In addition to the three bedrooms located on the lower level, there is a seconds mall kitchen and lovely living room with French windows opening out onto the pool area.

Sea breeze boasts an elevator as well as a staircase that connects the floors.

A wide and spacious verandah runs along two sides of the villa and provides a scenic 180 degree of the ocean.

The roofed Jacuzzi and swimming pool are locate don the side of the villa and offer uninterrupted views of the ocean. Located behind the villa are private steps that lead down to the shoreline where the adventurous may enjoy snorkeling from the rocks or swim to a small secluded beach accessible to only a few houses. Alternatively, the picturesque and palm fringed crescent of Bacolet Beach is less than a five minute stroll away. Bacolet Beach was the location for the 1960 film "Swiss Family Robinson" and it remains very unspoiled except that now you can have lunch and enjoy a tropical drink at the No Problem Bar which is run by the local hotel.

Sea Breeze includes the services of the friendly maid who will assist with ensuring a relaxing stay. She is available for cooking as well.

Please note that property managers reside next door and are in overall charge of the villa and gardens. They greet clients at the airport, pre-stock the villa with food, clean the pool and generally facilitate.

Nicely equipped and furnished and within walking distance of a lovely beach, Villa Sea Breeze is highly recommended.
