Description
Sol y Mar is a lovely home nestled high on a hilltop in Tobago and offering panoramic views of lush vegetation in the distant hills, the Mt. Irvine golf course and the Caribbean Sea in the distance.
Built on three levels, the home features two upper lofts located on either side that are joined by a walkway with an open window through which the kitchen may be seen below. One loft serves as a "getaway"/library and has a day bed. The other is a fully furnished office complete with phone and Fax. The living area is comfortably furnished with Mexican style furniture, tropical accents and a dining area that can seat up to ten guests.
A studio is connected to the main building by a covered walkway and is air-conditioned, has a full bathroom and a loft with a bed.
There are four spacious bedrooms in the main building. Each has tall sloping ceilings with a dormer window, en suite bathroom with shower and tub, makeup cubicle, writing table, ceiling fan, and quiet, remote-controlled split system air-conditioning. Outside, there is a private, sparkling swimming pool.
